Ladomato Family Update …
Obviously, parenthood is a busy season of life (as seen by how long it has been since we last updated this blog)! But, nonetheless, here finally IS an update on what is happening in the Ladomato household these days:
On January 19, 2012, God gifted us with another blessing, Silas William Ladomato, born in the comfort of our own home with the assistance of our wonderful midwife and weighing an amazing 10 lbs. 4 oz.! In the New Testament, Silas was a helper to the Apostle Paul, and we noticed during the pregnancy that Silas seemed much more “laid back” than his brother Judah did, and so we felt Silas was an appropriate name for him. “William” is Jackie’s late-father’s name, a bold and godly heritage to live up to. At four months old, Silas is a happy and content baby, and we really don’t think he could be much sweeter! 
Judah turned two years old on April 24, 2012, and he has become such a wonderful big brother; it is truly a joy to see the love Judah has for his little brother, and the delight Silas has for Judah! Judah is a ball of energy, always on the go (just like his Daddy! ;~) ), and ALL boy!! Currently he has a fascination for “digger trucks” and snakes (though Mommy is very relieved that the snakes stay outdoors!).
May 2012 has been a very busy travel month. The boys experienced their first airplane ride, as Giampaolo had a computer conference out-west and we all traveled with him. While we were out west, we preached on the streets of Las Vegas, drove through Zion National Park and the scenic Highway 12 between west and east Utah, and visited some of Giampaolo’s relatives in Phoenix, Arizona. Judah has come to look forward to going out preaching with his daddy–so much so that he even chose one evening to go out preaching, rather than to go swimming!
After our trip out west, we were home for one week, and then on the road again for another computer conference–this time in Toronto, Canada! So Silas got to experience his first out-of-country trip at just four months of age! While in Toronto, we were able to meet some fellow brothers in the Lord and to accompany them to the streets to minister in downtown Toronto.
Now we are home again, and summer is beginning … as well as our 7-year-wedding anniversary just around the corner. Truly, it has been a wonderful and blessed 7 years!! For additional Ladomato Family Updates, please see the following biography post that Giampaolo wrote.
